Were searching for a full-time Worship and Creative Arts Pastor who will develop and disciple our leaders and team to lead our worship on Sunday mornings and bring vision and leadership to our production video and creative communication teams. This role isnt just about musicits about helping people connect deeply with Jesus and each other through powerful Spirit-led moments and clear creative storytelling.

Tasks

What Youll Be Doing:

• Investing in people discipling and developing worship leaders and worship and tech teams
• Oversee the worship service and cultivating a healthy Jesus-centered worship culture.
• Overseeing production and technology (audio video ProPresenter etc.) to create excellent worship environments.
• Developing and encouraging worship and tech volunteers helping them grow both spiritually and musically.
• Building a team to create story-telling video content and managing CCCs social media and communication platforms.
• Collaborating with the pastoral team on strategic planning shepherding and creative initiatives.

• Youre technically savvy with a working knowledge of live sound lighting and video editing.

• Youre a team player who loves the Church and is aligned with CCCs mission of leading people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

Requirements

Experience & Education:

• 35 years of worship leading and team leadership experience.
• Bachelors degree preferred (in ministry music or related field).
• Comfortable with tools like ProPresenter Planning Center Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
