Tasks
- Oversee engineering operations optimizing R&D design and technology development processes;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance technological innovation and cost-effective solutions;
- Lead the engineering team in developing and optimizing waste-to-energy systems;
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards;
- Collaborate with design teams using advanced simulation and modeling tools;
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies research institutions and technology partners;
- Supervise budgets resources and timelines for engineering projects;
- Work closely with manufacturing procurement and project management teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Mechanical Chemical or Power Engineering (or related fields);
- 10 years of experience in engineering leadership preferably in power engineering mechanical engineering renewable energy or industrial plant design;
- Strong background in thermodynamics fluid dynamics and energy conversion processes;
- Expertise in computational modeling and process simulation (e.g. ANSYS ChemCAD ASPEN HYSYS);
- Knowledge of materials engineering for high-temperature and corrosive environments;
- Familiarity with international industry standards (ISO ASME API IEC) and environmental regulations;
- Excellent leadership strategic thinking and decision-making skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage international projects and multidisciplinary teams.
