About the Role:

Sqyrs a real estate company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Promodiser to join our team. As a Promodiser you will be responsible for introducing our company to potential clients through effective online and in-person promotional strategies. Earn basic pay plus commission.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

***Special note: You will not sell or market any real estate property.

• Develop and implement innovative online marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through social media email and other digital channels.
• Conduct in-person company presentations/demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize promotional strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Proficiency in the use of the computer and common online tools (such as email and browsers)
• At least senior high school graduate
