Requirements
Handle case assignments draft service plans review case progress and determine case closure Handle each case with understanding and a goal of helping clients achieve wellness and autonomy
Establish and maintain effective relationships with the clients
Record cases information complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports
Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes
Maintaining accurate up-to-date case information
Monitor the TAT/Cycle time
