Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential customers.
- Meet benchmark through sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Present and demonstrate services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client queries and concerns.
