Missions

Join a team of about 15 backend developers and bring your energy to :

• Collaborate with the product team to specify and plan upcoming features
• Contribute to technical evaluation and specification of upcoming features
• Implement new features using the best practices
• Correct bugs because nobody is perfect!
• Review the code of your teammates to keep the project clean and share knowledge

Lets talk about you

• 5 years of working experience using PHP and Symfony framework (alternatively previous experience in software development)

• Ability to communicate in English (all tech meetings are in English)

• Agile project management experience (we are following the Scrum methodology)

• Mindset: autonomous proactive problem solver adaptable (eager to work in a fast growing environment) and team spirit

• DevOps awareness and curiosity

Recruitment process

• A Video-call with the Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role at Worldia - 45 min

• A technical test done at home - about 1H30

• A technical interview ending with a 30-minutes live coding session with a Lead developer and a back-end developer to evaluate your hard skills and the way you operate - 1H30

• An interview with an Engineering manager to create a strong alignment on what well be expected from you and help you project yourself within the team - 1 hour
