Job Summary
Your mission
- You are responsible for the complete operative order processing.
- You are responsible for monitoring deadlines quantities and quality.
- You are responsible for checking and comparing offers including the administration of prices and conditions.
- You negotiate purchase prices.
- You check invoices and approve them.
- You are responsible for master data maintenance in our enterprise resource planning system.
- You create KPI reports.
- You support supplier release processes.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed training e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade industrial clerk warehouse logistics specialist purchasing specialist (IHK) office management or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
- You have very good MS Office skills.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German; knowledge of English is advantageous. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
- You show a thorough way of working.
- You have strong communication skills flexibility and empathy.
