Job Summary
Meet UltiHash building the high-speed globally accessible storage layer for AI.
Data is growing faster than infrastructure can keep up and dataintensive workloads like AI model training and inference are hitting hard limits with traditional object storage.
UltiHash is here to change that. Were building high-performance object storage that delivers fast low-latency access to data across clouds edges and on-prem environments. Our proprietary deduplication engine makes high-speed object storage cost-efficient helping teams serve data globally without storage bloat.
Our current product comes in two flavors:
- UltiHash Self-Hosted for maximum performance and control in enterprise environments
- UltiHash Serverless for managed low-latency storage in EU data centers
Now were hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our founding team. Youll work alongside our core developers to scale UltiHash across multiple infrastructures lay the foundation for our automation and observability stack and help shape our platform as we expand.

Tasks
UltiHash is Kubernetes-native object storage and is available across multiple cloud providers such as AWS and Hetzner with further expansions to GCP Azure and more to come.
This role focuses on setting up infrastructure automation and robust monitoring across all of these environments enabling the engineering team to be more productive and advising customers on the optimal integration of our solution within their data platforms.
Requirements
Here are some skills that would give you the right background knowledge to succeed here:
- A combination of experience setting up infrastructure on AWS plus one of either GCP Azure or on-premises systems
- Experience dealing with infrastructure as code using terraform or cloudformation
- Experience in setting up and managing Kubernetes
- Basic knowledge on cloud security topics such as VPC Peering Security groups and IAM roles setup
Bonus Features
- Basic knowledge in Python scripting
- Experience with some workflow engine for Kubernetes (eg. Argo CD)
- Experience with AI agents for DevOps
