The Role
As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern at Consultport youll work side-to-side with the founders on high-impact projects and learn what it means to build a successful company.
Youll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales Marketing Finance Operations HR and Management. At the same time youll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It is a great opportunity for ambitious young professionals who want to experience a wide range of business functions.
Tasks
- Growth Strategy: Work on business-critical projects and expand Consultport into new markets
- Venture Excellence: Identify business and revenue opportunities and work on their execution together with other team members
- Sales Operations: Optimize sales strategies processes and tools to drive efficiency
- Special projects: Act as firefighter addressing urgent challenges daily
Requirements
Your Mindset
- You are proactive. You will often not know a solution right away but that doesnt block you. Instead you take initiative explore different approaches and find the answers.

- You take full ownership. You do not shy away from responsibility and are eager to tackle challenging projects.
- You are quantitatively minded. You love numbers from KPI tracking to data enrichment.
- You are a quick learner. You quickly grasp new concepts and can learn independently with little guidance.
Your Profile
- About to graduate from a top university in business economics or enginnering
- Can complete a university-accredited internship (i.e. you are requeired to compete an internship as part of your studies OR you can recieve university credit)
- Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 10% of your class
- Previous experience in a high-performance environment (consulting sales or startups).
- Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
- Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
