Tasks

Your Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer

  • Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer
  • Scope: Full-stack with end-to-end ownership using modern approaches like RSC RSF SSR ISR
  • Career Level: Getting things done
  • Compensation: Base salary (based on your experience and competencies) Equity Bonus
  • Company Size: 35 and growing
  • Location: Ideally a couple of days per week in the Berlin office so we have a short feedback loop with our OPS team. Very flexible around remote work
  • Languages:
  • English fluency (written/spoken internally with the Product on OPS teams)
  • German fluency (written/spoken with OPS team)
  • Reporting to: CTO Cip

What youll do

Features: Implement new features for the Ralph Platform working closely with the Product Design and Operations teams

Modern tech stack: Architect and develop cutting-edge applications for the Ralph Platform using React and other modern technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences

Take ownership: Take ownership of features end-to-end in our full-stack team using modern approaches like React Server Components and React Server Functions

Working with:

  • Product Team: Collaborate with the Design team and CEO to ensure the design aligns with the product vision and user needs
  • Engineering Team: Partner with highly ambitious and motivated individuals passionate about cutting-edge technologies AI and getting things done
  • Operations: We offer an end-to-end property management solution so our colleagues are our customers

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a full-stack engineer with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering scalable web applications.
  • Technical Skills: You have what it takes to hit the ground running with our tech stack
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including sales and design to gather and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Mentorship: Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Testing and Best Practices: Proficiency in defining and implementing automated testing frameworks and best practices to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Adaptability: A proactive approach to staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends with a willingness to integrate new solutions into existing workflows.

2 25 min meet and greet with one of the engineers: This is a friendly chat to get to know each other and ensure culture fit.

3 45 min Technical Interview with CTO Cip
Going to dive a bit deeper into some technical topics. Informal meetup to avoid any misunderstandings of the role Cip is trying to fill.

4 25 min CEO Interview with CEO Julius: Getting introduced to Ralphs vision mission and culture.

5 Lets spend time together: its a tough decision to make a career move so lets try to spend a day together in our Berlin office. We can walk you through our codebase do some pair programming sessions and you can meet some of your future colleagues over lunch. All expenses covered.
