Tasks
The Role
Were looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time office-based role where youll play a key part in managing client relationships driving sales and helping us expand in the fast-paced construction sector. Youll be responsible for generating new business presenting our solutions to prospective clients negotiating deals and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service.
What Youll Be Doing
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive revenue growth by presenting our innovative solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate deals and finalize contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Client Satisfaction: Make sure clients are happy solve any problems and ensure they get the most value from our products.
- Achieving Targets: Hit and exceed sales targets while managing deadlines and expectations.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Experience in Sales Business Development and Relationship Management
- Knowledge of sales outreach strategies particularly in a B2B context
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience managing client accounts or similar responsibilities
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Fluency in English and German (B2 or better)

- Base Salary: 60000 - 70000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): 100000
