Location: Pudong New Area Shanghai (Near Oriental Sports Center Metro Station Lines 6/8/11)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Salary: Competitive gross salary CNY bonus (negotiable based on experience)
Tasks
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser Assistant to support our Workwear garments purchasing process. You will handle order execution data management and supplier coordination ensuring smooth operations from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end purchasing processes including negotiations and order follow-up for assigned categories.
- Ensure accurate order execution data entry and reporting for Workwear products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized records and track order statuses.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Fashion Textiles or Business).
- 1 years of experience in garment/textile merchandising preferably in a trading company or buying office.
- Fluent in English & Chinese (Spanish is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
