For our client an international boutique trust company in Switzerland Zug we are looking for a German-speaking Accountant.
Tasks
- Independent management of client accounting
- Preparation of interim monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR
- Management of financial accounting incl. liquidity planning
- Management of payroll accounting
- Connection of social insurances incl. annual declarations
- Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/ international)
- Contract management
- Assistance in the compliance process
- Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
- Control of tax assessments and tax invoices
- Support and advice on international and national client mandates
- Making client payments
- Preparing maintaining and updating client dossiers
- Digital and paper filing
- Preparation of minutes and powers of attorney
- Assistance in setting up / establishing a company
- Participation in internal meetings
- Leading professional presentations for internal training
- Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks/apprentice.
Requirements
- Commercial training
- Completed further training as a trustee FA/accountant FA
- At least 5 years experience in trusteeship advantageously in an international environment
- PC skills (Windows / Office / Sage / Abacus)
- Skill in dealing with clients
- Friendly appearance (also in difficult situations)
- Quality awareness (annual accounts documents)
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Proactive
- Motivated
- Self-organised
- Independent and proactive
- Good team and communication skills
- Accurate way of working
- Efficient and productive work
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in further education
- Good written and spoken English and German skills
