Tasks
- Assist in the daily operations of the store including opening and closing procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product recommendations
- Train and mentor junior sales staff ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory levels conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with management for replenishment
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing product displays and maintaining visual standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales preferably within the apparel and fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- German language FLUENT english B2 any other additional language its a strong asset
