We are on the hunt for an Account Executive DACH Full Cycle (100%) to join our team as soon as possible.
- As an Account Executive at PastaHR you will be at the forefront of our growth in the DACH region owning the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Youll play a key role in identifying and closing opportunities.
- You will be directly working together with our Founders and be supported by a strong growth team that helps you create pipeline. However we are seeking someone who wants to get hands dirty and be proactive instead of just waiting for the next hot lead meaning you create part of your pipeline yourself.
Tasks
- You close deals: You own the entire deal life cycle from qualification to validation to closing
- Sales Playbook: Most of your time will be spent hunting and closing new business but you also will be responsible for helping us improve our sales processes.
- Thought leader: You build relationships in the industry and claim thought leadership
- Grow yourself: You constantly iterate our growth engines on all levels: people process content tools
Requirements
- Educational Background: Completed a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant Experience: Previous software sales experience in a similar company with a consistent track record of leading quota attainment on your team
- Engagement: Track record of extracurricular engagement (e.g. side projects sports social initiatives).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English are a must (French Italian and any other languages are a plus).
- Versatility: Extremely versatile and ambitious.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling.
- Passion: Passion for entrepreneurship technology and innovation.
