Job Summary

Tasks
Providing resource and time estimates for intralogistics software solutions of our existing customers
Elaboration of optimization potentials of existing software solutions of our customers
Creating software designs and coding software solutions
Source code reviews and developer tests
Software documentation and creating test reports
Fix software errors
Holding workshops (customers suppliers etc.)
Implementation of software change requests
Assisting live operation remotely and/or on-site at our international customers premises
Implementation of project preparations
Ongoing independent development within the team
Training and coaching of new colleagues
Requirements
Educational background with specialization in the field of IT or technology advantageous
Experience in software development and object-oriented programming (Java advantageous)
Understanding of relational databases (MS SQL Oracle etc.)
Practical knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems advantageous
Knowledge of network technology
Experience with common development environments and with GIT and Gerrit advantageous
Good command of English
Ability to work independently team player and sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 15% of annual working hours)

The minimum salary for this position according to the Collective Agreement is 3724.-- for 38.5 hours/week. However we offer a competitive salary depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
