FT Schedule: Monday 7:50a-6p; Tuesday Thursday Friday 7:50a-5p & one Sat per month 7:50a-12p (Single Column)

PT Schedule: Monday 7:50a-6:00p Thursday 7:50a-5:00p & Sat 1/mo 8-12p

Compensation: $45-$49/hour plus monthly incentive bonus

Skills: X-Ray required local anesthesia preferred

Average Patients Per Day: 8
