Responsibilities
The work of the Virtual Assistant will be fast-paced multi-faceted engaging challenging and rewarding. The primary responsibilities of the position include:
Managing input of customer contracts
Ensuring data accuracy through audits and quality assurance checks
Assisting with routing and scheduling
Delivering 5-star customer service with every customer interaction
Responding to daily tasks including emails voicemails alerts tasks past dues and reminders
Developing and managing systems for office efficiencies
Maintaining customer accounts
Hiring and training office staff and building the culture of the office team
Build positive relationships with peers technicians and sales professionals
Completing software audits and reports as assigned
Following up with customers and check for overall account satisfaction
Notating details on customer accounts
