Data Clerk Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Clerk to join our team and manage our organizational information. The Data Clerk will be responsible for inputting organizing and managing our database to ensure accuracy and completion. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills is able to collaborate with multiple departments and is detail-oriented.
Data Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
- Input and maintain data in the company database
- Generate data reports as requested
- Verify data accuracy and quality
- Prepare data for analysis
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure correct data is entered
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Data Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of database management software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage large amounts of data
- Previous data entry experience a plus
