Our company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and complaints
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication
- Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate team or department
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Assist with customer onboarding and account setup as needed
- Meet or exceed established service level agreements and performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and enhance customer service skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticketing system is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
