Job Summary

Our company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a prompt and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues and complaints
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication
Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate team or department
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Assist with customer onboarding and account setup as needed
Meet or exceed established service level agreements and performance metrics
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and enhance customer service skills

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferably in a call center or similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience working with Zendesk or similar ticketing system is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
