Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Dentist to provide both routine and non-routine dental care in Tom Green County Texas. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the provisions of dental care services for residents at the Facility.

Requirements:
Valid Dentist license in Texas
DDS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school
Comply with all immunization requirements
Pass required drug test and fingerprinting
Complete all required facility and agency trainings
Commitment to 3-month contract with possible extension
Responsibilities:
Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine
Perform documentation of all services provided
Perform various patient care duties under the supervision of the Medical Director
Follow facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet Joint Commission CMS BSH and facility accreditation standards and directives
