LOCATION: High School

WORK YEAR: 2025-2026 school year

SALARY: $40/hour

DESCRIPTION: For Edgenuity Online Courses: Algebra IA/IB Algebra IIA/IIB Geometry A/B Biology IA/IB Chemistry Earth Science U.S. History IA/IIB Economics Spanish I Spanish II Language Arts 12. For 21f Online District Courses Imagine Learning (Edgenuity) Courses in the Michigan Online Course Catalog.

The teacher will be responsible for the overall functions of the online program called Imagine Learning (Edgenuity/E2020) which is a credit recovery program and mentoring functions of the 21f grades 10 12 online program; including but not limited to assigning courses monitoring student progress conducting follow-up with students and submitting final grades for crediting.

Credit Recovery Teachers:

• Will look at student applications and verify with counselors the course students need for graduation.

• Will work with the building administrator to get the students into the Imagine Learning Platform. Will not be responsible for adding students into the Imagine Learning platform that will be done by a building administrator.

• Will coordinate with Special Education teachers to ensure students are able to complete the course based on their IEP.

• Will work with building administrators to share student IEPs or 504 plans in order for accommodations/modifications to be turned on. Will not be responsible for assigning accommodations/modifications in the Imagine Learning platform.

• Will work with a building administrator to discuss potential for bypassing student assignments/content. Will not be responsible for bypassing assignments and/or content in the Imagine Learning platform - The option will be turned off in the system.

• Will work with building administrators and after school content teacher of records to report grades and/or credit/no credit scores. Will not be responsible for changing grades in the Imagine Learning platform - This option will be turned off in the system.

• Will be expected to monitor students face to face during at minimum tests and exams.

QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate required.

Experience with Imagine Learning (Edgenuity) program management and scheduling required.

WAGES: $40.00 per hour

DATES: October 6 2025 May 29 2026

Classes will report when school is in session. A total of 115 hours is allotted for this position.

TIMES: 3:00 pm 4:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday
