Job Summary
PTS Advance has an immediate need for a Safety Specialist in Martinez CA.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of refinery experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work and communicate with hourly as well as management
MS Suite proficiency
Comfortable presenting in front of a group of people
Strong knowledge of OSHA ANSI API NFPA standards
Working knowledge of ACGIH and IH responsibilities including badging calibration etc.
Oil and Gas process-related knowledge (how the process works hazards associated etc)
Strong experience with auditing job sites auditing safe work permits safe work practice and PSM compliance
Compensation: Rate $40.00 - $60.00 hourly DOE
