Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedPersonal Lines New Business Coordinatorto join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for an experienced account manager specializing in personal lines insurance products. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships managing new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to both prospective and current clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the process of onboarding new personal lines insurance clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficiency.
- Work closely with prospects to evaluate their insurance needs explain available coverage options and provide personalized policy recommendations.
- Partner with internal sales teams and underwriters to prepare competitive and customized insurance solutions.
- Support and maintain strong client relationships by building trust and offering consistent communication and advice during the onboarding process.
- Accurately input and manage customer details in CRM systems while ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare review and distribute proposals and quotations to prospective clients in a timely manner.
- Process policy applications and address client inquiries regarding claims renewals and policy adjustments.
- Monitor industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most up-to-date insurance solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement of policies and workflows to enhance the customer journey and business efficiencies.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an account manager or similar role within the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products coverage options and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch client experiences.
