We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Executive General Manager (EGM) of Finance Commercial & Digital (FCD) playing a key role in enabling the success of our FCD Group
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the EGM of Finance Commercial & Digital you will provide high-level proactive and timely executive support to the EGM and their leadership team. Your role will be central to the smooth running of the Group coordinating responses managing complex documentation and ensuring all administrative obligations are met to support the Groups deliverables.
This is a dynamic and varied role that requires exceptional organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced complex environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-level briefs papers agendas minutes and submissions as well as managing the EGMs schedule correspondence and key stakeholder relationships.
