The Fire Protection Field Service Technician advises and assists customers for purposes of safeguarding life and property against fire explosion and related hazards by performing the following duties.

• Recommends materials or equipment such as structural components protection fire detection equipment alarm systems fire extinguishing devices and systems and advises on location handling installation and maintenance.

• Installs inspects and services customers fire suppression equipment and systems including hood systems on a timely basis.

• Picks up and delivers fire extinguishers to customers after repairs or testing have been completed.

• Recommends materials equipment or methods for alleviation of conditions conducive to fire.

• Provides complete and accurate documentation as required.

• Maintains adequate stock levels at customers locations.

• Solicits new or additional products or services.

• Maintains safe well stocked company vehicles

Are you a MATCH

Prefer but not required at least One year Certificate from college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training.
