Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

Our client is a successful specialist independent estate and lettings agency in the Chiswick area and they are urgently seeking an experienced estate agent with exceptional Sales Negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate must have solid background and experience in residential property sales with excellent achievements in both selling property and spotting new business opportunities.

You will have previous property sales experience be highly motivated enthusiastic and ready to hit the ground running!

The company are offering an extremely competitive salary package negotiable dependent on experience. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and closing sales
• Supporting clients through the sales process
• Prospecting and generating new business
• Assisting with property valuations and listings
• Building strong client relationships
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential sales experience (essential)
• Valuation and listing experience (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Knowledge of Chiswick and the surrounding area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential) own car preferred
• Well-presented professional and confident
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• High standard of customer service and telephone manner
