Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with a 4.30pm finish on a Friday 1 hr lunch
We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team at a leading housebuilder based in their Rugby office. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care youll play a key role in ensuring buyers receive the highest level of service throughout their home ownership journey.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries providing a professional and efficient service
Maintain regular communication with customers ensuring expectations are managed effectively
Update and maintain accurate customer records
Liaise with site teams contractors and internal departments to ensure remedial works are completed to standard and on time
Work to set timescales and deadlines to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Support the Head of Customer Care in delivering an excellent after-sales experience
What Were Looking For
Personable and approachable with strong customer service skills
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Highly organised methodical and able to prioritise tasks
Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of the housebuilding sector would be an advantage
