Job Summary

Title:

Senior Cultural Transformation Manager Advisory & Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Lead to spearhead the Cultural Transformation in our Consulting & Advisory practice with a two-pronged strategy.

Firstly this leadership role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering sustainability safety and operational excellence across industries such as energy construction manufacturing shipbuilding and renewables. Secondly the successful candidate will deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance organizational performance. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight consulting expertise and hands-on experience in leading large-scale cultural transformation programs.

Reporting to the General Manager the individual will work within the Global Advisory & Consulting team in close collaboration with the organisations vast engineering technology and scientific resource base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Spearhead cultural transformation programs aligned with sustainability safety and operational excellence goals across complex industrial environments in Asia.

  • Consulting Delivery:

    • Design and implement tailored advisory solutions that address client-specific challenges and unlock performance potential.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with senior executives frontline leaders and cross-functional teams to foster alignment and commitment to transformation initiatives.

  • Program Management:

    • Lead large-scale change programs from inception to execution ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

  • Capability Building:

    • Develop and deliver training coaching and enablement strategies that embed new behaviors and mindsets across organizations.

  • Thought Leadership:

    • Contribute to the development of frameworks methodologies and best practices in cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in business administration/organizational psychology/industrial engineering or MBA with a focus on Change Management/ Organizational Development preferred.

  • 15 years of experience in consulting organizational development or change management.

  • Proven leadership in leading cultural transformation initiatives within industrial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of sustainability safety and operational excellence principles.

  • Exceptional communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive strategic outcomes
