Job Summary
Team Treasury
Working Pattern -Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth time 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
As a Senior Treasury Finance Assistant youll be responsible for ensuring all payment and receipt transactions are processed accurately efficiently and in line with banking regulations and internal procedures. Youll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting internal teams with timely and reliable service.
Key Actions
- Processing all incoming receipts and outgoing payments with precision and speed
- Managing rejections and ensuring accurate updates across Group systems
- Performing daily checks on BACS files to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank cut-off times
- Handling internal queries and action requests with professionalism and clarity
- Supporting bank account reconciliations and payment allocations
- Managing Non-Medex plans including weekly Direct Debit file creation and query resolution
What do you need to thrive
- At least 12 months experience in an office environment with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders both via email and phone
- A basic understanding of Excel
- Previous experience in a finance processing role is highly desirable
