Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the accurate and efficient handling and sorting of invoices received for processing.
  • Verify invoice details to ensure compliance with invoice submission policies.
  • Support the accounts payable team in maintaining up-to-date volume inflow records.
  • Follow up with business counterparts on pending approvals.
  • File hard copy invoices for Thermo Services Philippines Corp.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles preferably accounts payable process.
  • Time Management Adaptability and Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and integrity
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
