What Youll Do
As our Front-End Web Developer you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality websites for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Website Development: Build responsive visually stunning websites using Webflow as the primary platform.
- Collaborative Design: Partner with our marketing and operations teams to craft user-friendly designs optimized for conversions and accessibility.
- Custom Enhancements: Implement advanced features and ensure originality in every project making each website stand out in the company portfolio.
- Website Maintenance: Perform updates and improvements to existing client websites to ensure consistent functionality and optimization.
- Quality Assurance: Test websites thoroughly for responsiveness functionality and cross-browser compatibility before launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Webflow Experience (Preferred): Prior experience building websites in Webflow is a significant advantage.
- Front-End Development Expertise: Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to pixel-perfect responsive designs that work flawlessly across devices.
- Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines with a typical project turnaround of 8-12 business days.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Resourceful in troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions independently.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Understanding of CRM tools and marketing integration.
- Basic design skills to complement your development expertise.
