We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert with strong expertise in requirements engineering demonstrable hands-on experience in the Marketing Cloud (Engagement Account Engagement/Pardot ideally Personalisation/Intelligence) and solid know-how in the Core Clouds (Sales & Service Experience/Data Cloud). You have at least three years of experience in automotive sales & marketing projects and fluent German (C1) to design data-driven customer journeys optimise marketing processes and implement scalable GDPR-compliant digital solutions.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • High-quality technology-specific consulting and solution design in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio Mobile CloudPages AMPscript/SSJS and SQL-based segmentation.

  • Translation of business objectives into data-driven journeys and multichannel orchestration via email mobile and on-site personalisation; definition of KPIs (deliverability engagement conversion) and measurement plans.

  • Responsibility for data & integration design between core clouds and marketing cloud (DataCloud MC Connect APIs platform events) incl. subscriber model data extensions consent & preference management (GDPR).

  • Independent customer-oriented technical project management; discovery use case mapping audience design and enablement for marketing & sales stakeholders.

  • Interface between strategy UX and technical implementation; creation of solution blueprints data flows mailings incl. HTML CSS AMPS scripts and governance guardrails (naming structure roles/authorisations).

  • Requirements engineering and process analysis (lead lifecycle campaign ops segmentation scoring) as well as advice on best practices for deliverability compliance & data quality.

  • Hands-on in the operational setup: Configuration integrations data preparation QA journey tests release/cutover - always with an eye on scalability and maintainability.

  • Optional: use of personalisation (Interaction Studio) and intelligence (Datorama) for real-time use cases and marketing analytics dashboards.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Sound expertise in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement) incl. Journey Builder Automation Studio Contact & Subscriber Model AMPscript/SSJS SQL; experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) is a plus.

  • Good understanding of Core Clouds (Sales & Service): Lead/Contact/Account/Opportunity model Campaigns as well as MC Connect data synchronisation; experience with Data Cloud is a plus.

  • At least three years of experience in automotive sales & marketing projects (OEM importer retail) with measurable impact on campaign performance and ROI.

  • Strong requirements management skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable compliant marketing architectures.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to present complex issues to business and tech stakeholders in an understandable way; fluent German (C1).

  • High analytical and abstract thinking skills; confident in deliverability consent management (GDPR) data governance and performance optimisation.

  • Broad knowledge of Salesforce products their features and configuration options; APIs integrations and basic DevOps/versioning are an advantage.

  • Must have: Salesforce certification as Marketing Cloud Admin and Consultant

  • Nice to have: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator/Consultant/Developer Account Engagement Consultant Data Cloud Consultant) experience with personalisation/intelligence and basic Python/JS for advanced automation.
