About the role

• We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager / Scrum Master to join ourInsurance Product Engineering GraphTalk team.

  You will play a pivotal role in enabling delivery ensuring governance and structure while embedding agile practices across our projects.

Daily challenges

• Act as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for agile teams facilitating stand-ups retrospectives and sprint planning.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across theInsurance Product Engineering GraphTalk team(Domain Leads Architects Developers and QAs).
• Administer and optimize tools like Jira ensuring their effective use to enhance collaboration transparency and value creation.
• Manage timelines resources budgets and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Deliver clear status reports and insight to Domain Leads and senior management.
• Take a proactive approach to risk management identifying potential issues before they arise and implementing innovative solutions to overcome challenges effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the organization driving the evolution of Agile and Project Management practices to maintain a competitive edge and align with industry best practices.

eXperience and skills required

• Bachelors or masters degree in Technical Business or related disciplines.
• 6 years of experience as Project manager.
• Certification in Agile (PSM) and Project Management (PMP)
• Experience as aProject Manager/Scrum Master within insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge ofsoftware delivery lifecycles governance frameworks and agile methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent verbal/phone and written communication skills in English language.
