Business Development Representative

The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest-volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. Family-owned since 1963 we proudly operate 12 dealerships and employ nearly 700 talented individuals. We recently celebrated 60 years in business and were still growing!
This is an hourly position PLUS commission a great opportunity to earn while building your career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Receive and manage incoming customer calls.
Respond to and follow up on internet inquiries via email.
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers.
Assist sales managers with general business development tasks.
Set appointments for customers with sales representatives.
Interact with customers and all dealership departments.
Create a positive first impression for new customers.
Qualifications
Friendly positive and professional attitude.
Enjoys phone communication and answering product-related questions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask follow direction adapt to change and work under pressure.
Professional well-groomed appearance.
Reliable punctual and committed to customer satisfaction.
