What Youll Do

• Lead the Charge: Direct the electrical design process from concept through construction across commercial institutional and infrastructure projects.

• Own the Technical Side: Design and review power distribution lighting fire alarm and low-voltage systems ensuring compliance with codes standards and performance objectives.

• Manage Projects: Oversee multidisciplinary project teams coordinate deliverables and ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

• Be the Clients Trusted Partner: Develop and maintain client relationships provide expert guidance and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

• Mentor & Develop Talent: Coach and guide junior engineers and designers setting a high bar for technical excellence and leadership.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).

• Licensure: PE license highly preferred (or on track to obtain).

• Experience: 10 years in electrical design preferably within engineering consulting.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in power systems design load calculations and electrical code compliance.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage projects lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
