Job Summary

Emplify Health (Gundersen/La Crosse Region) currently has a need for a full-time Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Therapist at our Tomah Clinic. Acceptable licensure includes: LPC LCSW or LMFT. CSAC or SAC additional licensure is preferred but not required.

This position will focus on providing mental health and substance use disorder therapy services to adults. Treatment of adolescents and children may be an additional part of this position depending on clinician preference and training. This Therapist will join a multidisciplinary team of providers (e.g. Addictionologists Psychiatrists Physicians Nurse Practitioners Registered Nurses Medical Assistants Therapists and Social Workers) to provide quality Behavioral Health services to adult populations.

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students residents fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians.
