Job Description
Title: Project Manager
Location: Arlington VA
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Clearance: Secret Clearance Required and Must Be Able to Maintain
Job Description:
The Project Manager will provide program services for records management program from origination of the records through their eventual disposition and disposal. This includes overseeing the generation of data and reports dissemination of information both internally and externally to include incoming and outgoing mail receptionist/visitor assistance; ensure that the training center (referred to herein as the Business Center) conference rooms and equipment are functional and ready for events; and the maintenance of all workrooms.
Typical duties include:
- Demonstrates strong leadership management and supervisory skills
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal oral and written skills
- Experience with performance and oversight of Quality Control Program
- Proficient in project planning scheduling budgeting and reporting
- Experience with administrative services like office management records human resources support or procurement
- Experience analyzing and implementing business processes
- Experience leading projects including creating project plans and process maps
- Proficient in using software for data analysis financial management and project management
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with risk management related to timelines costs or compliance
- Experience using data to make decisions measure performance and improve outcomes
- Understanding of budget management contractor personnel oversight and other relevantadministrative functions
- Ability to provide on-site technical support troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business management or related degree
Experience Requirements:
- 15 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases such as MicrosoftOutlook Teams Word PowerPoint and Excel.
