Your mission
As the Head(m/f/x)of Internal AI you will drive our commitment to transformingappliedAIinto anAI-first company serving as a role model for our customers and our own AI consulting practices. Your focus will be on developing innovative methods for creating agents and multi-agent systems which will serve as the foundation for our services.
In this role you will closely collaborate with all appliedAI teams to understand their challenges in implementing and scaling AI solutions. You will establish a governance framework to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and manage the process of defining our companys AI strategy steering the resulting internal roadmap. With your extensive expertise in Data and AIespecially in large language models (LLMs) and agentic AIyou will be recognized as a technology expert within appliedAI as well as among our customers and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the internal AI use case portfolio
- SupportappliedAIteams in developing and implementingautomationsagentsand multi-agent systems tooptimizeour collaboration andefficiency
- Select andmaintainsuitable AI tools and platforms to ensure effective application and integration into our internal workflows
- Ensure AI governance and compliance including the creation and maintenance of policies as well as theselectionand tracking of necessary qualifications
- Be responsible forthe process of developing and implementing the AI strategy defining clear goals and measures for internal application
- Work closely with the SME team toidentifytheir use cases and collaborate with internal teams to pilot and evaluate them
Your profile
- More than 10 years of professional background in implementing AI solutions AIengineeringor a related field with proven references of implementation of AI products and solutions in corporate environments
- Excellentexpertisein machine learning deep learning and generative AI techniques
- Ability and interest to holistically think about the impact of technology and Agentic AI in particular
- Experience in designing and implementing agentic systems using current Agent frameworks such asLangGraphAutoGenorcrewAI
- Experience with platforms such as and MicrosoftAI Foundry as well as orchestration tools likeLangChain Divy or similar technologies.
- Pragmatic customer centricityis your main driver for AI application and value creation
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
- Passion for continuous learning innovation and contributing to high-performing teams
- Experience in developing a governance framework to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
