Senior Low-Power Design & Optimization Engineer Description: Leads low-power architecture and optimization across synthesis PnR and timing closure phases. Uses Cadence Voltus and power intent methodologies (UPF/CPF) to drive leakage and dynamic power reduction. Provides expertise in power gating clock gating and DVFS integration for GF 22FDXs advanced low-power features including body-biasing. Acts as a low-power champion within the design team balancing PPA targets. Requirements: 8 years experience in low-power SoC design flows. Strong background in Cadence low-power flows (Voltus Innovus integration). Expertise in UPF/CPF-based power intent definition and verification. Hands-on knowledge of GF 22FDX low-power technologies (body bias multi-VDD).
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is between $140000 to $160000 which also includes a comprehensive benefits package.
