Processing Technician (Nights 223 schedule)

Shift: 12-hour night shift; 2/2/3 schedule

Hours: 6pm - 6:15am

Rate of Pay: $26.29/hr plus $4.73/hr for shift differential

What Youll Do:

• Actively support the Plants WCM initiative by completing all scheduled training and assigned WCM responsibilities including all training related to the eight pillars of WCM as applicable

• Measures or weighs ingredients needed for product batches and places in manufacturing equipment.

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment at proper times and maintains cleaning and sanitization logs.

• Operates manufacturing equipment: mixers scales meters hoists etc.

• Adjusts manufacturing equipment controls for proper speeds and temperatures.

• Maintains accurate batch records required for various processes.

• All other duties as assigned

• Complies with food safety quality procedures and batch record paperwork

What Youll Need To Succeed

• Must have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience

• Able to perform primary calculations necessary to record productivity and complete all measurements in assigned areas.

• Effective computer skills (PC programs SAP plant scheduling system Rockwell system etc.)
