Job Summary
We Central requisitions team is seeking a General Administration Support Analyst for our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating purchase requisition in Ariba/CPARS and analytical support while maintaining efficient communication with multiple departments within the company.
As the General Administration Support Analyst you will work collaboratively with members of the skill teams procurement and accounts payable teams to ensure timely creation of requisitions and accurate record-keeping. You will be responsible for booking receipts and maintaining databases in order to ensure timely release of payments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Skill teams to ensure timely creation of purchase requisitions in Ariba/CPARS
- Manage order-related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records also to support audit requirements if any
- Provide administrative support for procurement and accounting departments if required
- Validate & book the Invoices in Ariba system to facilitate supplier payments
- Address the email queries from the Internal departments and external suppliers
- Provide timely metrics to management
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
- Proficiency in Ariba (SAP)
- 2 years of experience in administrative or support role preferably in procurement
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to extrapolate insights from data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
