This role will be instrumental in advancing our enterprise-wide RWEcapabilities fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving innovation in evidence generation.

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across R&Dand commercialtoshape the RWE ecosystem influence regulatory policy and elevate J&Js scientific leadership internally and externally. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader passionate about transforming healthcare through data-driven insights.

OtherKey Responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Lead cross-TA RWE initiatives that support clinical development regulatory submissions and strategic decision-making.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to co-create integrated RWE strategies and solutions.

  • Contribute to shaping regulatory policy and standards for RWE through scientific engagements.

  • Develop anddisseminatebest practices for novel RWEdesign andmethodologies.

  • Provide scientific leadership and subject matterexpertisein study design analytics and interpretation ofevidence research.

  • Support the development of internal capabilities and tools to accelerate evidence generation and delivery.

  • Promote a culture of innovation scientific rigor and continuous learning across the RWE function.

Required qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Masters in epidemiology biostatistics outcomes research health policy or related field.

  • 8 years of relevant experience in biopharma RWE consulting or healthcare industries.

  • 3 years of experience as a people manager.

  • Provenexpertisein data extraction cleaning and analysis; strong grasp ofadvancedstatistical methods.

  • Experience with diverse data sources (EHR claims registriestrial datadigital health).

  • Strongcommunication skills with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership and influencing capabilities witha track recordof inspiring teams and driving cross-functional alignment.

  • Highlymotivated and intellectually curious with strong executional rigor and a passion for solving complex challenges.

  • Proficiencyin R Python or SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in regulatory-grade evidence generation and regulatory engagement.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.

  • Subject matterexpertisein one or more therapeutic areas.

  • Experience working in matrixed global organizations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$160000 - $276000

Additional Description for Pay Transparency Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
