DescriptionAbout the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our vibrant Upper Hutt store. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing a busy retail environment that supports the vital work of Te Omanga Hospice.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the store runs smoothly exceeds customer expectations and consistently achieves sales targets. You will promote and market with integrity knowing that every sale helps support the care we provide to patients and their whānau.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large team of staff and volunteers
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive can-do attitude
- Manage stock merchandising and store presentation
- Drive sales and meet performance targets
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive store culture
- Represent Te Omanga Hospice with professionalism and compassion
