- Supporting the development and implementation of human-centred change management strategies and plans
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to build alignment and address resistance
- Undertaking change impact and readiness assessments to prepare for transformation
- Collaborating with learning and development teams to identify training needs and create learning pathways
- Supporting the creation and delivery of clear targeted communications for diverse audiences
- Designing and delivering interactive change interventions including coaching and facilitation
- Tracking adoption engagement and competency metrics to measure change effectiveness
- Implementing governance reporting and escalation processes for changes impacting customers
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in business organisational development psychology or a related field
- Knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supporting people-centred change in business or technology transformation programmes
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to monitor progress
- Flexible and adaptable approach to change
- Professional certification in change management (e.g. Prosci APMG) is desirable
