Job Summary

Are you passionate about supporting people through change Were looking for a Business Change Analyst to join our team and help drive successful transformation across our organisation. Youll play a key role in ensuring our people are engaged supported and ready to embrace new ways of working. What youll be doing:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of human-centred change management strategies and plans
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the business to build alignment and address resistance
  • Undertaking change impact and readiness assessments to prepare for transformation
  • Collaborating with learning and development teams to identify training needs and create learning pathways
  • Supporting the creation and delivery of clear targeted communications for diverse audiences
  • Designing and delivering interactive change interventions including coaching and facilitation
  • Tracking adoption engagement and competency metrics to measure change effectiveness
  • Implementing governance reporting and escalation processes for changes impacting customers

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Experience in business organisational development psychology or a related field
  • Knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience supporting people-centred change in business or technology transformation programmes
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to monitor progress
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to change
  • Professional certification in change management (e.g. Prosci APMG) is desirable
