Job Summary: We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Architectural Metals team. This role involves installing a variety of exterior metal wall panels ACM flashings and occasionally metal roofing on commercial buildings. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position with wages based on experience. We offer hands-on training and are committed to helping the right candidates build skills grow within the company and develop a long-term career.

Daily Responsibilities

Install metal wall panel systems ACM cladding and metal roofing on commercial buildings

Install clips cut/trim metal panels level mount panels install flashings caps/coping

Conduct work from heights and elevated platforms- boom lifts scissor lifts scaffolding etc.

Follow all safety rules and procedures

Participate in safety classes and certifications as required

Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE

Travel and work at various job sites as needed (Salt Lake County Utah County Weber County)

Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed

Requirements

Previous experience in field construction or similar role within the last 2 years is required

Familiar with trade power tools & equipment- can read a tape measure use a drill saw etc.

Very comfortable working from heights boom lifts and outdoors year-round

Must have reliable transportation-can transport to various job sites with ease

Willing to submit background check

Previous experience with fall prevention using harness and tying-off is preferred

Can pass a drug test

Bilingual is a plus but not required (Spanish)

Approved to work on a federally protected job site-military bases prisons etc.

Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)

Compensation

Starting pay for general laborers $19-20

Skilled in Architectural Metals DOE $23-35
