Who You Are
Youre a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator with a strong background in planning organizing and managing the flow of goods and materials. With expertise in coordinating shipments managing inventory and optimizing transportation routes you excel at ensuring timely deliveries and efficient use of resources. Your problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail ensure that operations run smoothly and that logistics challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.

Known for your ability to manage multiple tasks communicate across departments and maintain accurate tracking systems you play a vital role in supporting mission-critical operations. Your dedication to efficiency accuracy and seamless coordination aligns with KBRs mission of delivering innovative and reliable solutions.

What Youll Do
In the role of Logistics Coordinator your duties will include:

• Maintains documentation to record all issues receipts transfers and disposals of property in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.

• Ensures material and equipment are catalogued to a standard nomenclature in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) to enhance tracking reordering and excess identification processes.

• Conducts weekly stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.

• Creates and maintains a Critical Spares Inventory of parts essential to mission activities and stock items accordingly.

Requirements:

• Must be a US or Australian Citizen

• Must Possess a US Secret Clearance or AUS PV Clearance.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of logistics experience on large contract with OCONUS experience.

• Strong organizational and logistical skills.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software.

• Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions technologies and requirements.

• Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
