Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:
- Develop and administer staffing and recruiting programs
- Manage the recruiting process using iCims ensuring compliance with laws
- Create and share reports on recruiting efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to document job requirements
- Source and attract qualified candidates
- Pre-screen resumes interview candidates and conduct reference checks
- Negotiate new hire compensation packages
- Conduct employment background checks
- Coordinate employment advertising campaigns
- Support college recruiting and career development programs
- Ensure staffing initiatives align with business goals
- Stay updated on EEO ADA and compliance requirements
- Travel as needed
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in recruiting and staffing
- Knowledge and experience using AI to support the recruiting life cycle
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle complex issues and apply new information quickly
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Initiative and independent judgment in assignments
- Subject matter expertise in one discipline and developing knowledge in adjacent fields
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
