SUMMARY:
The RN Rheumatology Infusion Liaison is a Registered Nurse who functions as a member of the Rheumatology department and is responsible for providing infusion therapy to LC patients from multiple in house departments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal training which will be indicated by graduation from an accredited RN school of nursing with associate or Bachelors degree; current State licensure required; basic life support and CPR certification; minimum two years broad experience ability to communicate effectively and work compatibly with physicians and other staff members and ability to monitor patient condition.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
Physical guidelines include the ability to move traverse position self remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day; lift move and transport patients and materials; motor coordination and manual dexterity; articulate speech; read and understand medical information; visual acuity.
