RPA Developer (UiPath)

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer specializing in UiPath to join our team in Sibiu Romania. As an RPA Developer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing automated solutions to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath focusing on process automation and optimization
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Design develop and test RPA workflows and scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes and bots
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on RPA development
• Document RPA processes workflows and technical specifications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 2 years of experience in RPA development with a strong focus on UiPath
• Proficiency in UiPath RPA platform and related tools
• Solid programming skills in languages such as C# and
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred AWS also relevant) cloud integrations and working with APIs and Spokes
• Experience in process analysis optimization and workflow design
• UiPath certifications (e.g. UiPath RPA Developer Advanced) preferred
• Understanding of business processes across various industries
• Knowledge of best practices in RPA implementation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills including direct client communication
• Experience mentoring others and supporting team growth
• Self-sufficient able to take ownership and deliver solutions independently

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
